We Make a plan

This is where we hash out details like listing price, preparing for the market, estimated list date, and answer all your questions so we both have a clear vision on next steps.

Your Listing is Live

I will coordinate the production of professional marketing materials, an attractive for sale sign, the management of showing requests and buyer feedback.

Offers

We'll discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the offer and I'll give you experienced feedback regarding its pros and cons. We will discuss it on the phone and respond with a counter offer or acceptance via e-signing. I can also review the offer with you in person, if it is your preference. I'll advise you on what to expect navigating buyer subject to's, and advocate for your best interests with the goal of a firm sale.

SOLD

I can recommend a local lawyer to help you with the conveyance, the exchange of the buyers funds for the title to the home. Cleaner recommendation, arranging keys for possession and whatever I can do to help.
