  • I will coordinate a professional measuring company to accurately measure your home and create floor plans to offer potential buyers.

  • I will coordinate a photographer to take high quality, professional interior and exterior photos of your property, including aerial photos where needed. This is essential for marketing your property effectively in any print and online mediums, and it will highlight the best features your property has to offer.

  • Your home or property will be showcased on social media as well as other modern marketing channels

When an offer is received, I’ll professionally manage the negotiation process and will walk you through the contract details to ensure that your needs are met.
