When we view properties, I take extra care in showing you the benefits and drawbacks of the home, location and neighbourhoods. I will always be honest with you; it is important that you notice the potential negatives of a property, as well as its positives. We will cover the condition and value of the property, and how it compares to other property sales in the area.
When we have found a listing you would like to write an offer on, we will brainstorm all the details together and I will help you by preparing a contract that both protects your interests and ensures you have all your due diligence boxes checked. I’ll also provide comparable sales and give you advice on the property’s value, helping you establish your offer price. I’ve been involved in hundreds of property transactions. I will help you negotiate the best offer you can.
Once we have an accepted offer, I will refer you to trusted professionals (home and septic inspectors, local water companies, etc.) and guide you through your conditions step by step, helping keep you organized and informed. After your transaction is completed (KEY DAY!), I will be there to meet you with the keys to your new home.
