I like to meet with clients to get to know them, learn what they’re looking for and ask them questions. I follow up by subscribing them to a personalized email that alerts the client to relevant properties coming on the market, a day before they appear on other listing sites, giving them an edge on other buyers in the market.

As we begin viewing properties, I take extra care in showing benefits and drawbacks of the location and neighbourhoods. We cover the condition and value of the property, and how it compares to other property sales in the area.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we will write an offer that ensures all your needs are met. I’ve been a part of hundreds of property transactions, and my extensive experience will ensure that we negotiate the best purchase price and terms possible.

Once an offer is accepted, I will assist you in coordinating a home inspection and refer you to any trusted professionals you may need to connect with.

After your transaction is completed, I will be there to meet you with the keys to your new home.
