First, we make a PLAN

  • Clients tend to reach out via email first (feel free to contact me whichever way is easiest for you; call, text or email), telling me a little about themselves and their situation, and I follow up with a phone call

  • We arrange an in-person meeting at the property or my office in Duncan 

  • We discuss what is most important to you, and why you want to sell

  • With my extensive listing experience, I’ll give you advice on how I would proceed, and provide you options based on your individual circumstances 

  • If you plan to sell and then buy in the same market, we’ll talk about the pros and cons of this move and I'll give you honest advice as to whether I feel you will be able to accomplish it without too much difficulty 

  • I will answer all your questions and we will brainstorm together until we work out what is best

ACCOMPLISHING THE PLAN

I begin by preparing a detailed, complimentary comparative market evaluation (read more about market evaluations here). This allows you to view and compare your property to others in your neighbourhood that have sold recently. This will help us to establish the appropriate listing price. Next, I will walk you through marketing your property to ensure that we can get the best selling price and the quickest sale possible.

  • We will cover staging suggestions together using your own belongings.

  • I will coordinate a professional measuring company to accurately measure your home and produce quality floor plans.

  • I will coordinate a photographer to take high-quality, professional interior and exterior photos of your property, including aerial photos where appropriate.

  • I will coordinate a 3D Virtual Tour of your property.

  • Your home will be showcased on social media as well as other modern marketing channels.
