I have been a REALTOR® now for eleven years. The real estate industry is constantly evolving. Technology and access to the internet as a marketing tool has made the selling process more immediate and more visual for consumers.

What hasn’t changed is the complexity of real estate transactions, the significance of the disclosures and the attention to detail that is required. Everything may look more modern and glossy, but the route to success for today’s REALTOR® still lies in dotting every “i” and crossing every “t”.

That said, my business leverages modern technology to continue to improve my listing services for sellers. I have a professionally managed website to showcase my listings and services. My assistant is technically skilled which enables me to run a paperless office with streamlined systems. I no longer use printed newspaper advertisements, but instead invest in online digital marketing where I can manage the integrity of all my advertising. My listing information packages are comprehensive and in digital format making them always up to date and quickly accessible to potential buyers. 


I have a strong social media presence. I live on my cell phone, and I’m constantly emailing, texting and speaking with clients. This level of communication is crucial to being successful and closing deals.

The advancement of technology has been instrumental in the growth of my business. I provide my sellers the best possible service and I bring enormous value when selling homes. And, I also bring attention to every last detail when I’m working for my clients. For me, this has been the perfect combination to serve my clients, a balance between tried and true skills with modern marketing to deliver the best possible results.
